About Us

J & J is a family owned and operated company, located in Stewiacke, Nova Scotia. We offer 24 hour access, seven days a week so you have control over when you can get at your stuff; you even supply your own choice of padlock so you can feel secure in storing your belonging with us. Because we're a family based business, we understand what families need in their busy lives.

All units are ground level, unheated
Heated units available at an additional cost
Access to storage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Terms and conditions to be arranged at time of lease
Customer to provide their own choice of pad lock for unit(s)
All units are individual monitored for burglar alarms 24 hours a day
Units: 10' x 5' w/man door, or 10' x 8', 10' x 13' , 10' x 17', or 10' x 26'; all with 8' x 7' garage doors
Our facility is now enclosed by chain link fence, providing you with added security and convenience


We started with our first units behind the bakery building,..	then a complete new building with full size units was added above the bakery...	and we finally topped it off with some mini-units right next to the bakery...
and the whole complex was then enclosed with a sturdy chain link fence.

Rates

	10' x 5'	$15.00/week, $65.00/month unheated, with man door
	10' x 8'	$20.00/week, $80.00/month unheated, with 8 x 7 garage door
	10' x 13'	$32.50/week, $130.00/month unheated, with 8 x 7 garage door
	10' x 17'	$42.50/week, $170.00/month unheated, with 8 x 7 garage door
	10' x 26'	$65.00/week, $260.00/month unheated, with 8 x 7 garage door
	All measurements in Imperial Feet. All rates Canadian funds, subject to 15% HST

Restrictions

A $50.00 charge will be levied for a lost alarm card
Failure to pay rates in advance will result in a lock-out
It is the responsibility of the tenant to insure their unit's contents
Flammable or corrosive liquids are not permitted to stored in unit
A $50.00 charge will be levied for units not completely cleared out
Rates are based upon weekly occupancy and are payable in advance
Lawn mowers, motorcycles etc. must be drained of gasoline and batteries disconnected
